В настоящее время отмечается высокая распространенность доброкачественных и опухолеподобных образований гортани (до 55-70%). Возможности хирургических вариантов лечения данной патологии весьма обширны. Среди высокотехнологичных методов лечения все более популярными становятся лазерные технологии. Однако не менее важное значение имеет комплексное послеоперационное ведение данных пациентов.</p><p>Цель исследования - оценить течение послеоперационного периода у пациентов, перенесших удаление доброкачественных и опухолеподобных образований гортани с применением полупроводникового лазера с длиной волны 445 нм.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. На базе Санкт-Петербургского научно-исследовательский институт уха, горла, носа и речи с февраля по июнь 2021 г. было обследовано и пролечено 20 пациентов с опухолеподобными и доброкачественными образованиями гортани: 6 женщин и 14 мужчин в возрасте от 24 до 67 лет. Всем пациентам было проведено удаление образования гортани при прямой опорной микроларингоскопии с применением нового полупроводникового лазера с длиной волны 445 нм при работе в атмосфере инертного газа (интраоперационная подача гелия). После хирургического лечения пациенты соблюдали голосовой покой, получали противоотечную, антибактериальную терапию, ингаляции с противовоспалительными растворами, а также препарат Гомеовокс® по схеме.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Методика удаления доброкачественных и опухолеподобных образований гортани с применением полупроводникового лазера с длиной волны 445 нм доказала свою безопасность и эффективность. По результатам видеоларингостро-боскоии, акустического анализа голоса и опросника «Индекс изменения голоса-30» было отмечено восстановлении функций гортани в среднем в течении 14 дней. Включение препарата Гомеовокс® в комплексное лечение в послеоперационном периоде благоприятно отразилось на восстановлении фонаторной функции.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Today the high prevalence of benign vocal fold lesions is shown (up to 55-70%). The possibilities of surgical management of this pathology are very extensive. Laser technologies are becoming more and more popular among high-tech treatment methods. However the comprehensive postoperative management of these patients is equally important.</p><p>The aim of the study was to assess the features of the postoperative period in patients undergoing the endolaryngeal surgery using a semiconductor laser with a wavelength of 445 nm.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. On the basis of Saint-Petersburg Research Institute of Ear, Throat, Nose and Speech from February to June 2021 20 patients with benign vocal fold lesions 6 women and 14 men from 24 to 67 years old were examined and treated. All the patients underwent endolaryngeal surgery with direct microlaryngoscopy using a new semiconductor 445 nm laser in an inert gas atmosphere (intraoperative helium supply). After surgical treatment, the patients observed vocal rest, received antiinflammatory, antibacterial therapy, inhalations, as well as the drug Homeovox® according to the standard scheme.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Endolaryngeal surgery with the removing of benign vocal fold lesions using a semiconductor laser with a wavelength of 445 nm has been proven to be safe and effective. According to the results of video laryngostroboscopy, acoustic analysis of the voice (the questionnaire “Voice handicap index-30”) it was noted that the laryngeal functions were restored in a short time.
