В настоящее время опубликован ряд фармакоэкономических исследований применения эритропоэз-стимулирующих препаратов (ЭСП) у онкологических больных с анемией, однако большинство публикаций по данной тематике – зарубежные. При этом практически отсутствуют исследования, сравнивающие экономическую эффективность различных препаратов ЭСП между собой. В ряде работ зарубежных коллег отражено, что клиническая эффективность использования ЭСП, а именно степень прироста Hb, значимо зависит от массы тела пациента: чем выше вес, тем бо̀льшая доза ЭПО необходима для однократного введения и курса терапии.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Провести сравнительный фармакоэкономический анализ применения эпоэтина альфа для лечения анемии у взрослых онкологических больных весом от 80 кг.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Для сравнительного анализа были отобраны следующие ЛП: эпоэтин альфа, эпоэтин бета, дарбэпоэтин. Клиническая эффективность оценивалась по  показателю «скорость прироста уровня Hb». Фармакоэкономический анализ проводился методом «затраты –эффективность» (CEA).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. При расчете на курс 8 нед. терапии у пациентов со средним весом 80 кг применение препарата эпоэтин альфа 12 000  МЕ обладало лучшим соотношением «затраты – эффективность» по  сравнению с  эпоэтином альфа  (10 000  МЕ, 30 000 МЕ, 40 000 МЕ) и дарбэпоэтином, уступая лишь эпоэтину бета при режиме дозирования 450 МЕ/кг, т. е. использование 4 ампул на 1 введение одномоментно, что нарушает этический принцип минимизации боли у пациента. На 16-й нед. терапии применение препарата эпоэтин альфа 12 000 МЕ имело преимущество над всеми ЭСП.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Применение отечественного эпоэтина альфа 12 000 МЕ для терапии анемии у взрослых онкологических больных весом около 80 кг в условиях реальной клинической практики на территории РФ является экономически оправданным подходом к организации лекарственной помощи. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Currently, a number of pharmacoeconomic studies describing use of erythropoietin stimulating agent (ESA) in cancer patients with anemia have been published, however, most of the publications on this topic are foreign. At the same time, there are practically no studies comparing the economic efficiency of various ESA preparations with each other. Some of works by foreign colleagues reflect that the clinical efficacy of using ESA namely the degree of increase in Hb, significantly depends on the patient’s body weight: the higher the weight, the greater the dose of EPO is required for a single administration and a course of therapy.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Сomparative pharmacoeconomic analysis of epoetin alfa usage for the treatment of anemia in adult cancer patients with weight 80 kg.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The following drugs were selected for comparative analysis: epoetin alfa, epoetin beta, darbepoetin. Clinical efficacy was assessed in terms of the rate of in Hb level increase. Pharmacoeconomic analysis was carried out using the cost-effectiveness method (CEA).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Тhe usage of epoetin alfa 12,000 IU for 8 weeks therapy course in cancer patients weighting over 80 kg had a better cost-effectiveness ratio compared to epoetin alfa (10,000 IU, 30,000 IU, 40,000 IU) and darbepoetin, giving way in price only to the cheapest epoetin beta which can be administered 4 injections simultaneously. At the 16th week of therapy, the usage of epoetin alfa 12,000 IU had an advantage over all ESA.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
