Препарат устойчиво снижает уровень гликированного гемоглобина, не увеличивает риск гипогликемии и сердечно-сосудистой патологии. Результаты многочисленных клинических исследований подтвердили эффективность и безопасность вилдаглиптина, а также продемонстрировали новые широкие возможности в его применении.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Vildagliptin is an innovative, effective DPP-4 inhibitor to be used as mono- or combination therapy of type 2 diabetes. The drug consistently reduces the level of glycated hemoglobin and does not increase the risk of hypoglycemia and cardiovascular disease.
