В структуре общей инфекционной заболеваемости острые респираторные инфекции занимают ведущее место и составляют более 90% всех случаев заражения. Одним из наиболее частых клинических симптомов острых респираторных инфекций является кашель.Цель. Оценить терапевтическую эффективность и переносимость сиропа на основе активных природных компонентов в лечении кашля у детей в возрасте от 2 до 7 лет.Материалы и методы. В наблюдение были включены пациенты в возрасте от 2 до 7 лет с диагнозом острой респираторной инфекции легкой и средней степеней тяжести, которых кашель беспокоил не более 3-х дней.Результаты и обсуждение. В наблюдении принимали участие 123 ребенка: 67 мальчиков (54,5%) и 56 девочек (45,5%). Статистически достоверное снижение выраженности кашля происходило на 3-й день лечения в обеих группах. Степень выраженности кашля в обеих группах на 7-й день лечения уменьшилась в среднем в 5 раз. К 7-му дню приема сиропа у 97% детей был отмечен позитивный лечебный эффект: у 55% больных симптом кашля купировался полностью, у 43% детей симптом кашля стал клинически незначимым. Все эти дети выздоровели, им было разрешено посещать учебные заведения. Снижение степени выраженности кашля при приеме сиропа на основе природных активных компонентов сопровождалось нормализацией ночного сна в среднем на 4-й день от начала лечения.Заключение. Прием сиропа на основе природных активных компонентов при раннем назначении (в первые 3 дня с возникновения кашля) при ОРВИ легкой и средней степеней тяжести позволяет у 97% детей вылечить кашель за 7 дней.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Introduction. Acute respiratory infections occupy the leading place in the structure of total infectious morbidity and account for more than 90% of all cases of infection. One of the most frequent clinical symptoms of acute respiratory infections is cough.Aim. To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and tolerability of syrup based on active natural components in the treatment of cough in 2 to 7 years old children.Materials and methods. Patients 2 to 7 years old diagnosed with mild to moderate acute respiratory infections who had been coughing for no more than 3 days were included in the study.Results and discussion. We observed 123 children: 67 boys (54.5%) and 56 girls (45.5%). A statistically significant reduction in the severity of cough occurred on the 3rd day of treatment in both groups. On the 7th day of treatment, the degree of cough severity in both groups decreased on an average of 5 times. By the 7th day of taking the syrup, 97% of the children showed positive therapeutic effect: 55% of the patients’ cough symptoms resolved completely, 43% of the children had cough symptoms that became clinically insignificant. All these children recovered and were allowed to attend educational institutions. Reduction in the severity of cough when taking a syrup based on natural active components was accompanied by normalization of night sleep on average on the 4th day from the start of treatment.Conclusion.
