В статье рассмотрена взаимосвязь риска развития ССО с параметрами липидного обмена. Обсуждаются основные клинические исследования, результаты которых составляют доказательную базу применения статинов с целью снижения риска развития острых коронарных и цереброваскулярных событий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular complications (CVC) has been one of the key areas in modern cardiology over the past decades. The article examined the relationship between the risk of CVC and the lipid metabolism parameters.
