Представлены новые данные о роли инсулинорезистентности, нарушений нейрогуморальной регуляции верхних отделов пищеварительного тракта у пациентов с гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезнью и метаболическим синдромом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is a literature review of the major etiopathogenetic mechanisms of the development and recent approaches to the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease in patients with metabolic syndrome.
