Гликопирроний выпускается в виде пудры в ингаляционном устройстве Бризхалер. В данном обзоре рассказывается о клинических исследованиях III фазы, в которых продемонстрировано эффективное влияние гликопиррония на легочную функцию, выраженность симптомов заболевания, переносимость больными физической нагрузки, частоту тяжелых и среднетяжелых обострений ХОБЛ и качество жизни больных. Показана хорошая переносимость препарата, включая высокую кардиологическую безопасность при длительном применении.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Glycopyrronium is a new powerful quick-acting anticholinergic bronchodilator for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Glycopyrronium is powder in Breezhaler® inhalation device. The review tells about phase III clinical trials demonstrating the positive effect of glycopyrronium on lung function, symptoms of the disease, exercise tolerance, frequency of severe and moderate COPD exacerbations and quality of life of patients.
