Постковидный синдром является актуальной проблемой в связи с высокой частотой встречаемости независимо от тяжести перенесенной инфекции и возраста пациента.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Оценить эффективность и безопасность применения биологически активной добавки к пище Метабовит® Здоровый сон у пациентов с постковидным синдромом.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование были включены 50 пациентов с постковидным синдромом. После рандомизации в 1-й группе к терапии был добавлен Метабовит® Здоровый сон, содержащий глицин и цинк, по 2 таблетки 3 раза в день, во 2-й группе пациенты получали базовую терапию хронических заболеваний. Длительность наблюдения составила 21 день. До и после окончания наблюдения всем пациентам было проведено клиническое и нейропсихологическое обследование, включавшее анализ жалоб, тест «таблицы Шульте», тест вербальных ассоциаций, тест слежения, самоопросник MFI-20, тест Ридера, опросник на уровень жизненного истощения, госпитальную шкалу тревоги и депрессии (HADS).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В группе пациентов, получавших Метабовит® Здоровый сон по 2 таблетки 3 раза в день, в сравнении с группой контроля достоверно (р &lt; 0,001) уменьшился общий балл по самоопроснику MFI-20 на 16 [-19; -8] баллов до 59 [52; 63] баллов, уменьшилось время выполнения теста «таблицы Шульте» более чем на 13 сек, в тесте слежения выполнение части А стало быстрее на 26 сек, а части В – на 40 сек, в тесте вербальных ассоциаций большинство пациентов достигли нормативных значений, уровень стресса снизился почти на 25% у мужчин и на 11% у женщин, показатель жизненного истощения уменьшился на 22%, уровень тревоги (шкала HADS) снизился на 5 [-7; -3] баллов, что привело к нормализации данного показателя практически у всех участников группы. У пациентов в группе контроля значимых изменений в изученных показателях к концу наблюдения выявлено не было.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. В группе пациентов, получавших биологически активную добавку к пище Метабовит® Здоровый сон, отмечена значимая положительная динамика и регресс большинства симптомов постковидного синдрома.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Postcovid syndrome is an urgent problem, due to its high frequency regardless of the severity of the infection and the age of the patient.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the use of a dietary supplement Metabovit® Healthy Sleep with Glycine and Zinc in patients with postcovid syndrome.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. 50 patients with postcovid syndrome were included in the study, after randomization, Metabovit® Healthy Sleep was added to therapy in group 1 (2 tablets 3 times a day), in group 2 patients received basic therapy for chronic diseases. The duration of observation was 21 days. Before and after the end of the study all patients underwent clinical and neuropsychological examination, which included: complaint analysis, the “Schulte tables” test, a verbal association test, a Trail Making Test, an MFI-20 self-questionnaire, a Reader test, a questionnaire on the level of life exhaustion, a hospital scale of anxiety and depression (HADS).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In the group of patients receiving Metabovit® Healthy Sleep 2 tablets 3 times a day, in comparison with the control group, the overall MFI-20 self-questionnaire score sugnificantly (p &lt; 0.001) decreased by 16 [-19, -8] to 59 [52; 63] points performance time of "Schulte tables" test decreased by more than 13 seconds; performance time of the Trail Making Test was 26 seconds faster in part A and 40 seconds faster in part B, in the verbal association test, the results reached normative values for most participants; stress levels decreased by almost 25% in men and 11% in women; the indicator of life exhaustion decreased by 22%; the level of anxiety (HADS score) decreased by 5 [-7; -3] points which led to the normalization of this indicator in almost all participants of the group. By the end of the study, no significant changes in the studied parameters were detected in patients of the control group.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
