Ведение беременных в условиях распространения новой коронавирусной инфекции стало приоритетной задачей врачей всех специальностей, поскольку именно с этой патологией в настоящее время ассоциируется увеличение частоты неблагополучных исходов гестации.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Изучить акушерские и перинатальные исходы после перенесенной новой коронавирусной инфекции в I и II триместрах беременности.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведено сравнительное исследование историй родов женщин после перенесенной коронавирусной инфекции за 2021 г. 1-ю группу (n = 26) составили пациентки с перенесенной инфекцией COVID-19 в I триместре, 2-ю группу (n = 30) – во II. 3-я группа представлена относительно здоровыми женщинами (n = 35). Статистический анализ выполнен при помощи пакетов Statistica 7.0, SPSS 17, а также статистических функций MS Excel 2013.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. Течение беременности после инфекции COVID-19, перенесенной в I и II триместрах, ассоциируется с повышенным риском формирования плацентарной недостаточности (соответственно 26,9 и 30%), развития симптомов угрожающего прерывания (61,5 и 46,7%), анемии (38,5 и 43,3%), гестационной артериальной гипертензии (15,4 и 16,7%), бактериального вагиноза (19,2 и 20,0%), преждевременного разрыва плодных оболочек (34,6 и 16,7%), с превалированием срочных родов, но увеличением преждевременных (13,3%) и оперативных родов (36,7%) при манифестации заболевания во II триместре. Новорожденные матерей с инфекцией COVID-19 чаще рождаются в состоянии асфиксии (65,4 и 53,3%). В структуре перинатальной патологии превалируют церебральная ишемия (42,3 и 40%), перинатально гипоксическое поражение центральной нервной системы (19,2 и 23,3%), неонатальная желтуха (11,5 и 23,3%), внутриутробная пневмония (15,4 и 10,0%), врожденные аномалии развития (7,7 и 30,0%; р1-2 = 0,04).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Результаты исследования еще раз подтвердили необходимость дальнейшего изучения проблемы для поиска мер по снижению акушерских и перинатальных осложнений у женщин после перенесенной инфекции COVID-19.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The management of pregnant women in the conditions of the spread of a new coronavirus infection has become a priority task for doctors of all specialties, since it is with this pathology that an increase in the frequency of unfavorable gestation outcomes is currently associated.</p></sec><sec><title>The aim of the study</title><p>The aim of the study: to study obstetric and perinatal outcomes after a new coronavirus infection in the I and II trimesters of pregnancy.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To study the features of the course of pregnancy, childbirth and perinatal outcomes in ICI, depending on the method of delivery.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. A comparative study of the birth histories of women after coronavirus infection in 2021 was carried out. Group 1 (n = 26) consisted of patients with COVID-19 infection in the first trimester, group 2 (n = 30) – in the second trimester. The 3rd group is represented by relatively healthy women (n = 35). Statistical analysis was performed using the Statistica 7.0, SPSS 17 packages, as well as the statistical functions of MS Excel 2013.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. The course of pregnancy after COVID-19 infection suffered in the first and second trimesters is associated with an increased risk of placental insufficiency (26.9 and 30%, respectively), the development of sympthoms of threatening termination (61.5 and 46.7%), anemia (38.5 and 43.3%), gestational hypertension (15.4 and 16.7%), bacterial vaginosis (19.2 and 20.0%), premature rupture of fetal membranes (34.6 and 16.7%), with the prevalence of urgent labor, but an increase in premature (13.3%) and operative labor (36.7%) with the manifestation of the disease in the second trimester. Newborns of mothers with COVID-19 infection are more often born in a state of asphyxia (65.4 and 53.3%). The structure of perinatal pathology is dominated by cerebral ischemia (42.3 and 40%), perinatal hypoxic damage to the central nervous system (19.2 and 23.3%), neonatal jaundice (11.5 and 23.3%), intrauterine pneumonia (15.4 and 10.0%), congenital malformations (7.7 and 30.0%; p1-2 = 0.04).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
