Хирургическое лечение варьирует от простого удаления случайно наложенной лигатуры до выполнения уретероцистонеоанастомоза. Не уступая по своей эффективности традиционной открытой операции, операция с роботической ассистенцией снижает травматичность вмешательства, позволяет снизить риск развития многих осложнений, время нахождения пациента в стационаре и дает несравненно лучший косметический эффект. 3D визуализация всех анатомических структур, тщательная и «бережная» диссекция, нивелирование физиологического тремора, прецизионное прошивание необходимых структур, минимальная тракция и смещение окружающих органов и структур, а также эргономичность роботической системы делают ее совершеннее традиционной лапароскопической и открытой методик.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Today various types of robotic reconstructive plastic surgery on the ureter and bladder have become a reality. Surgical treatments vary from simple removal of a misplaced suture to uretherocystoanastomosis. Robot-assisted technology is not less effective than open surgery while being less invasive and allowing to reduce the risk of many complications, the length of hospital stay, and providing a much better cosmetic result. Robotic system outperforms the traditional laparoscopic and open techniques due to its 3D visualization of anatomical structures, thorough and delicate dissection, elimination of natural tremor, precise and focused suturing, minimum traction and displacement of surrounding organs and structures, and ergonomic features.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>уретероцистонеоанастомоз</kwd><kwd>робот da Vinci</kwd><kwd>травма мочеточника</kwd><kwd>uretherocystoanastomosis</kwd><kwd>da Vinci robot</kwd><kwd>ureteral injury</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Кан Д.В.
