На основании анализа исходов лечения эти лекарственные средства были признаны препаратами выбора для терапии ДГПЖ Американской урологической ассоциацией [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit1">1</xref>].</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Antagonists of α1-adrenergic receptors (α-blockers) are among the most effective drugs for the treatment of patients with lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH; LUTS/BPH).
