На сегодняшний день преиндукция и индукция родов являются одним из способов улучшения материнских и перинатальных исходов. В связи с этим частота индуцированных родов неуклонно возрастает.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Определить эффективность и безопасность вагинальной терапевтической системы с динопростоном для подготовки шейки матки к родам и родовозбуждения.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование включена 81 женщина с одноплодной беременностью 37 нед. и более, головным предлежанием плода, с неготовностью родовых путей и наличием показаний к индукции родов. Для подготовки шейки матки к родам устанавливали систему вагинальную терапевтическую (СВТ) с динопростоном на 24 ч. При отсутствии родовой деятельности, после удаления системы из влагалища в зависимости от зрелости шейки матки производили дополнительную подготовку и приступали к родовозбуждению.</p></sec><sec><title>Результат</title><p>Результат. После подготовки вагинальной системой терапевтической с динопростоном оценка по шкале Бишоп увеличилась в среднем на 2 балла. В 77,78% роды начались до удаления системы с динопростоном. В 71,6% произошли влагалищные роды. Частота родоразрешения путем операции кесарева сечения – 28,4%. Частота неуспеха индукции родов – 2,47%. Все дети родились живыми. Масса тела при рождении соответствовала популяционной. Не было инфекционных осложнений и существенных побочных эффектов.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. СВТ с динопростоном является эффективным методом подготовки шейки матки (увеличение оценки по Бишоп в среднем на 2 балла, p &lt; 0,05) и индукции родов (начало родовой деятельности на фоне СВТ в 78% наблюдений) с хорошим профилем безопасности (серьезных неблагоприятных и побочных эффектов не было).</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Presently, preinduction and induction of labour is one of the approaches to improve maternal and perinatal outcomes. In this regard, the rate of labour induction is steadily increasing.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To determine the efficacy and safety of dinoprostone vaginal insert for cervical ripening and labor induction.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study included 81 women with a singleton pregnancy of 37 weeks. and more, cephalic presentation of the fetus, with the birth canal not ready and the presence of indications for induction of labor. Dinoprostone vaginal insert was placed for 24 hours or till onset of labor. After removal of the dinoprostone vaginal insert patient was undergoing cervical assessment by digital Bishop Score immediately. If labor didn’t start spontaneously, additional cervical ripening procedures may be considered or labor induction.</p></sec><sec><title>Result</title><p>Result. The Bishop score increased on average by 2 points after cervical ripening with dinoprostone vaginal insert. 77.78% of patients went into labor before dinoprostone vaginal insert removing. 71.6% of the women had the vaginal birth. The cesarean section rate was 29.6%. Failed labor induction was observed in 2.47% cases. All the children were born alive. The average weight of newborns corresponded to the general population. No infectious complications or significant side effects were recorded in the study.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
