Хронический неспецифический фарингит (ХНФ) является крайне распространенной патологией, однако в распоряжении специалистов отсутствуют консенсусные документы, регламентирующие вопросы диагностики и лечения ХНФ. Нами была составлена анкета с перечнем вопросов по проблеме ХНФ, google-форма распространена среди практикующих врачей и проведен опрос с последующим анализом ответов. Затем был проведен поиск и анализ научных работ по данной тематике на платформах PubMed, eLibrary.Ru, КиберЛенинка, а также в других открытых интернет-источниках. Данные опроса специалистов сопоставлены с результатами литературного обзора. Лечебно-диагностические подходы при ХНФ во многом определяются традиционными укладами лечебно-профилактического учреждения. Этот факт, а также отсутствие регламентирующих документов по проблеме ХНФ, затрудняет грамотное проведение диагностики и выбор адекватной лечебной тактики при данном заболевании. Итоги исследования показывают, что ХФ следует рассматривать как мультифакторное заболевание, обращая внимание на коморбидный профиль пациента. Подавляющее большинство респондентов считают гастроэзофагеальный рефлюкс и другие гастроэнтерологические заболевания основными предрасполагающими факторами. Важно отметить, что на текущий момент не разработано ни одного достоверного метода диагностики хронического неспецифического фарингита. Это подтверждается литературными данными, а опрошенные нами специалисты основной уклон предлагают делать на оценку жалоб, анамнеза, фарингоскопической картины. Терапия ХНФ с применением только топических препаратов назначается повсеместно, однако не дает желаемого результата. Необходимо многоэтапное, направленное на устранение предрасполагающих факторов и на коррекцию локальных изменений, лечение с привлечением не только специалистов-оториноларингологов, но и врачей других специальностей (гастроэнтерологов, эндокринологов, психиатров и неврологов).

Chronic nonspecific pharyngitis (CNP) is an extremely common pathology, but there are no consensus documents regulating the diagnosis and treatment of CNP. We compiled a questionnaire with a list of questions on the problem of CNF, distributed a google form among practitioners and conducted a survey with subsequent analysis of the answers. Then, a search and analysis of scientific works on this topic was carried out on the platforms PubMed, eLibrary.Ru, CyberLeninka, as well as in other open Internet sources. The data of the survey of specialists are compared with the results of the literature review. Therapeutic and diagnostic approaches in CNF are largely determined by the traditional ways of life of a medical institution. This fact, as well as the lack of regulatory documents on the problem of CNF, makes it difficult to competently diagnose and choose an adequate treatment tactics for this disease. The results of the study suggest that CF should be considered as a multifactorial disease, paying attention to the comorbid profile of the patient. The vast majority of respondents consider gastroesophageal reflux and other gastroenterological diseases to be the main predisposing factors. This is confirmed by the literature, and the specialists interviewed by us suggest that the main bias should be made to the assessment of complaints, anamnesis, and pharyngoscopy. Therapy of CNF with the use of only topical drugs is prescribed everywhere, but does not give the desired result. It is necessary to have a multi-stage treatment aimed at eliminating predisposing factors and correcting local changes with the involvement of not only otorhinolaryngologists, but also doctors of other specialties (gastroenterologists, endocrinologists, psychiatrists and neurologists).
