Проблема НАЖБП в последнее десятилетие привлекает интерес не только гастроэнтерологов, но и эндокринологов и кардиологов. В настоящее время НАЖБП рассматривается в качестве печеночного компонента метаболического синдрома. Понимание многофакторности НАЖБП и механизмов формирования ассоциированных с ней заболеваний позволяет адекватно оценить прогноз течения заболевания и назначить соответствующее лечение.

The problem of NAFLD has been a matter of great interest among gastroenterologists, as well as endocrinologists and cardiologists. NAFLD is currently considered a component of hepatic metabolic syndrome. Understanding the multifactorial nature of NAFLD and the mechanisms of the associated diseases helps to adequately assess the prognosis of the disease and prescribe appropriate treatment.
