Анафилаксия у детей является серьезной проблемой в связи с тяжестью клинических проявлений и потенциальным риском неблагоприятного исхода.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Провести анализ клинических особенностей анафилаксии у детей различного возраста.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведено одноцентровое ретроспективное исследование. Из 3 887 детей, госпитализированных в аллергологическое отделение ГАУЗ «Детская республиканская клиническая больница Министерства здравоохранения Республики Татарстан» в период с января 2022 г. по август 2024 г., отобрано 68 детей в возрасте от 6 мес. до 18 лет, клинико-анамнестические данные которых соответствовали критериям анафилаксии. Проведена оценка клинических данных, результатов аллергологического обследования детей, в т. ч. разных возрастных групп.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У 94,1% детей с анафилаксией диагностированы аллергические заболевания, из них у 75,0% установлено сочетание бронхиальной астмы с аллергическим ринитом и атопическим дерматитом. Среди детей преобладали мальчики (60,3%). Ведущими клиническими симптомами анафилаксии явились проявления со стороны кожи/слизистых оболочек (94,1%) и респираторного тракта (86,8), при этом с увеличением возраста ребенка спектр клинических проявлений расширялся. Повторные эпизоды анафилаксии наблюдались у 26,5% детей. В 79,4% случаев причиной анафилаксии являлись пищевые аллергены, из которых ведущее значение имели молочные продукты (27,9%) и древесные орехи (23,5%). Лекарственные препараты явились вероятной причиной у 6 детей (8,8%), инсектная аллергия – у 4 (5,9%), у 4 пациентов (5,9%) причина не установлена. При анализе неотложной помощи введение эпинефрина установлено 2 пациентам.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Клиническая картина анафилаксии и триггерные факторы отличаются у детей разных возрастных групп. В связи с тяжестью и разнообразием клинических симптомов, вероятностью развития повторных эпизодов для врачей любой специальности важным является понимание клинических особенностей и настороженность в отношении анафилаксии с целью своевременного оказания адекватной неотложной помощи и профилактики.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Anaphylaxis in children is considered as a serious issue due to severe clinical manifestations and potential adverse outcomes.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Тo analyze clinical features and causes of anaphylaxis in children of different age groups.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. We performed a single-center study. Of 3887 children hospitalized in the department of allergology of Republic Children’s Hospital from January 2022 to August 2024, 68 children aged 6 months to 18 years who met the criteria for diagnosis of anaphylaxis were included to the study. Clinical findings and allergy testing results of different age groups were evaluated.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In our study, 94.1% of children with anaphylaxis were diagnosed with allergic diseases. Seventy-five percent of those had concomitant allergic asthma, allergic rhinitis, and atopic dermatitis. Most patients were male (60.3%). Involvement of skin/ mucosal tissue (94.1%) and respiratory system (86.8%) was predominant anaphylaxis symptom. The spectrum of clinical manifestations expanded as the child’s age increased. Recurrent episodes of anaphylaxis were observed in 26.5% of children. Cow’s milk (27.9%) and tree nuts (23.5%) were leading causes of anaphylaxis among food allergens (79.4%). Drugs were estimated as a probable cause of anaphylaxis in 6 cases (8.8%), insect venom allergy – in 4 cases (5.9%). According to medical records epinephrine was administered in 2 cases.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Clinical manifestations and triggers of anaphylaxis in children differ in various age groups.
