В статье отражены современные литературные данные о роли эстрогенового фона, изменениях в системе гомеостаза, влиянии вазоактивных пептидов и медиаторных веществ на течение розацеа. Показаны результаты собственного исследования, касающиеся влияния биомаркеров сосудистого воспаления на развитие розацеа в разные периоды менопаузы.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Определить роль факторов сосудистого благополучия в развитии розацеа у женщин перименопаузального возраста.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование вошло 60 пациенток контрольной группы и 97 женщин с розацеа в возрасте 45–54 года, которые разделены на две подгруппы: 1) пременопаузальный и 2) постменопаузальный период. Изучены уровни фолликулостимулирующего гормона (ФСГ), лютеинизирующего гормона (ЛГ), прогестерона, эстрадиола, уровень сосудистого эндотелиального фактора (VEGF), фибринстабилизирующего фактора (FXIII) в сыворотке крови.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В основной и контрольных группах в периоде преи постменопаузы уровень ЛГ находился в диапазоне референсных значений, у пациенток с розацеа был статистически значимо больше, чем у здоровых женщин. В период преи постменопаузы эстрадиол в группе контроля превышал показатель у пациенток с розацеа в 1,5 раза (р &lt; 0,0001). ФСГ был значимо больше у пациенток с розацеа как в пременопаузальный период (р &lt; 0,0001), так и постменопаузу (р = 0,0481). VEGF и FXIII в основной и контрольных группах у здоровых женщин не зависел от этапа перименопаузального периода, но при розацеа показатель медианы VEGF в два раза больше, чем в группе контроля в пременопаузальный период (р &lt; 0,0001), в постменопаузу (р &lt; 0,0001), а активность FXIII статистически значимо больше в группе контроля у пациенток как пременопаузального периода (р &lt; 0,0001), так и в постменопаузу (р &lt; 0,0001).</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. У пациенток с розацеа уровень гонадотропных гормонов статистически выше, чем в группе здоровых пациенток, значимо повышен VEGF и FXIII, что может свидетельствовать о дисфункции эндотелия сосудов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The article reflects modern literature data on the role of estrogen levels, changes in the homeostasis system, the influence of vasoactive peptides and mediator substances on the course of rosacea. The results of our own study are shown regarding the influence of vascular inflammation biomarkers on the development of rosacea at different periods of menopause. Aim. Determine the role of vascular well-being factors in the development of rosacea in women of perimenopausal age.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study included 60 patients of the control group and 97 women with rosacea aged 45–54 years, who were divided into 2 subgroups: (1) premenopausal and (2) postmenopausal period. The levels of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), progesterone, estradiol, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and fibrin-stabilizing factor (FXIII) in the blood serum were studied.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In the main and control groups, the LH level was within the reference range in the preand postmenopausal periods; in patients with rosacea, it was statistically significantly higher than in healthy women. In the preand postmenopausal periods, estradiol in the control group exceeded the level in patients with rosacea by 1.5 times (p &lt; 0.0001). FSH was significantly higher in patients with rosacea both in the premenopausal period (p &lt; 0.0001) and postmenopause (p = 0.0481). VEGF and FXIII in the main and control groups in healthy women did not depend on the stage of the perimenopausal period, but in rosacea, the median VEGF indicator is 2 times higher than in the control group in the premenopausal period (p &lt; 0.0001), in the postmenopause (p &lt; 0.0001), and the activity of FXIII is statistically significantly higher in the control group both in patients of the premenopausal period (p &lt; 0.0001) and in the postmenopause (p &lt; 0.0001).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. In patients with rosacea, the level of gonadotropic hormones is statistically higher than in the group of healthy patients.
