Даны рекомендации по выявлению и коррекции основных этиологических факторов невынашивания с целью профилактики повторных потерь беременности и других акушерских и перинатальных осложнений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Based on the analysis of the current global and national guidelines, the article offers a generalized algorithm for pregravid preparation of women with a history of miscarriage.
