Во всем мире более четверти населения страдают гипертонической болезнью, что составляет в общей сложности более 1 млрд человек. Иммунные механизмы в настоящее время признаны неотъемлемой частью многофакторной этиологии гипертонии и связанных с ней повреждений органов.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Изучить аутоиммунные антитела у беременных женщин с хронической артериальной гипертензией для прогнозирования и профилактики плацента-ассоциированных осложнений беременности, что, в свою очередь, позволит снизить частоту неблагоприятных перинатальных исходов.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование включено 115 пациенток, 85 беременных женщин с хронической артериальной гипертензией (основная группа), 30 пациенток (группа контроля) с физиологическим течением беременности. Всем пациенткам групп исследования проводилось определение аутоиммунных антител с помощью методов ЭЛИ-П-комплекс.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Статистическое отклонение профиля аутоиммунных антител наблюдалось у женщин с артериальной гипертензией, а именно отклонение профиля к β2-гликопротеину, аутоантител к коллагену, аутоантител к белку S100, аутоантител к цитоплазматическому антигену клеток эндотелия сосудов (ANCA), аутоантител к белку мембраны тромбоцитов (TrM), аутоантител к мембранному антигену клеток клубочков почек (KiMS).</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Результаты исследования демонстрируют изменение профиля аутоантител, участвующих в развитии плацента-ассоциированных осложнений беременности у пациенток с хронической артериальной гипертензией. Определение аутоиммунных антител позволит снизить частоту неблагоприятных перинатальных исходов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Immune mechanisms are currently recognized as an integral part of the multifactorial etiology of hypertension and related organ damage.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study autoimmune antibodies in pregnant women with chronic arterial hypertension for the prediction and prevention placenta-associated pregnancy complications, which in turn will reduce the incidence of adverse perinatal pregnancy outcomes.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study included 115 patients, 85 patients (the main group) with hypertension, 30 patients (the control group) with the physiological course of pregnancy, without hypertension. All patients in the study groups underwent the determination of autoimmune antibodies using ELIPP complex methods.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. A statistical deviation of the spectrum of autoimmune antibodies was observed in women with arterial hypertension, namely, a deviation of the spectrum to β2 – glycoprotein, autoantibodies to collagen, autoantibodies to protein S100, autoantibodies to cytoplasmic antigen of vascular endothelial cells (ANCA), autoantibodies to platelet membrane protein (TrM), autoantibodies to membrane antigen of glomerular kidney cells (KiMS).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. The results of the study demonstrate the role of autoantibodies in the development of placenta-associated pregnancy complications in patients with chronic arterial hypertension.
