Доступ к современным методам лечения, а следовательно, и инновационным лекарственным препаратам (ЛП) является  одним  из  основных показателей  развитости  фармацевтической  отрасли  страны  и  системы  здравоохранения в целом. Понятие «доступность лекарственных средств» может рассматриваться в двух аспектах: физическом и экономическом. Рак молочной железы (РМЖ) занимает первое место в структуре заболеваний онкологической природы среди женщин. С начала 2023 г. медики выявили в России 77 тыс. случаев заболевания РМЖ.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Оценить доступность на российском рынке инновационных ЛП, применяемых для лечения РМЖ.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В качестве материала анализа были использованы данные из открытых источников информации: базы данных компании IQVIA, данные о клинических исследованиях в Европе и США, клинические рекомендации РФ. Также поиск осуществлялся в научных электронных библиотеках eLibrary и PubMed.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. За период с 2018 по 2023 г. FDA одобрило 8 лекарственных препаратов и один диагностический для РМЖ. Европейское агентство за аналогичный 5-летний период времени зарегистрировало 6 лекарственных препаратов. В РФ из этих препаратов до регистрации дошли только четыре и еще два продолжают оставаться в российских клинических исследованиях со статусом «проводится». Лишь один ЛП – талазопариб (Талценна, Пфайзер), согласно принятым критериям, можно считать доступным для российского пациента. При этом три препарата, несмотря на отсутствие их в перечне ЖНВЛП, покрываются за счет государственного финансирования в каналах госпитальных закупок и льготного отпуска. За последние 5 лет терапия РМЖ была сфокусирована на инновационных препаратах, которые показали высокую эффективность в лечении тяжело предлеченных пациентов или превосходящую эффективность в сравнении со сложившимися алгоритмами терапии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Access to modern methods of treatment and, consequently, innovative medicines, is one of the main indicators of the pharmaceutical industry development in the country and the healthcare system as a whole. The concept of “accessibility of medicines” can be considered in two aspects: physical and economic. Breast cancer confidently occupies the first place in the structure of oncological diseases among women. Since the beginning of 2023, doctors have identified 77 000 cases of breast cancer in Russia.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To assess the availability of innovative drugs used for the treatment of breast cancer on the Russian market.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Data from open information sources were used as the analysis material: the IQVIA database; data on clinical trials in Europe and the USA; clinical guidelines of the Russian Federation. A search was also carried out in the scientific electronic libraries eLibrary and PubMed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. From 2018 to 2023, the FDA approved 8 drugs and one diagnostic medicine for breast cancer. The European Agency has registered 6 medicines over the same 5-year period. In the Russian Federation, only three of these drugs have reached registration, and two more remain in Russian clinical trials with the status of “ongoing”.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. Only one drug, Talazoparib (Talcenna, Pfizer), can be considered available to a Russian patient according to accepted criteria.
