По данным статистики, распространенность аллергического ринита в России составляет до 24%. Число случаев аллергического ринита у детей растет, и почти у половины пациентов с аллергическим ринитом симптомы развиваются в возрасте до 6 лет. Аллергический ринит негативно влияет на качество жизни, успеваемость в школе и общее состояние здоровья. Частым коморбидным состоянием при данном заболевании у детей является гипертрофия аденоидов, которая тесно взаимосвязана с аллергическим процессом в полости носа. Использование интраназальных кортикостероидов (мометазона фуроата) в качестве монотерапии значительно уменьшает как симптоматику аллергического ринита, так и размеры глоточной миндалины. Применение мометазона фуроата в сочетании с ингибитором лейкотриенов монтелукастом позволяет обеспечить лучшие результаты и снизить количество рецидивов по сравнению с монотерапией интраназальным мометазона фуроатом. Согласно проанализированным клиническим наблюдениям у пациентов с аллергическим ринитом и гипертрофией аденоидов, мометазона фуроат и комбинация мометазона фуроата и монтелукаста показали хороший клинический эффект. На основании анализа систематических обзоров по этиологии, клинике и диагностике аллергического ринита в сочетании с гипертрофией аденоидов, данных по взаимосвязи гипертрофии аденоидов и аллергического ринита и способах их коррекции, а также клинических исследований по эффективности и безопасности применения мометазона фуроата и монтелукаста сделан вывод о целесообразности их использования в комплексной терапии аллергического ринита и гипертрофии аденоидов у детей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the structure of general morbidity, respiratory allergic pathology occupies the third position, but according to forecasts of the World Health Organization, by 2050 it will take first place. According to statistics, the prevalence of AR in Russia is up to 24%. The number of AR cases in children is increasing, and almost half of AR patients develop symptoms before the age of 6 years. AR negatively affects the quality of life, school performance, and overall health. An important comorbid condition in allergic rhinitis in children is adenoid hypertrophy, which is closely related to the allergic process in the nasal cavity. The use of intranasal corticosteroids (mometasone furoate) as monotherapy significantly reduces both the symptoms of allergic rhinitis and the size of the pharyngeal tonsil. In combination with the leukotriene inhibitor montelukast mometasone furoate allows for better results and fewer relapses compared to monotherapy with mometasone intranasal administration alone. According to the analyzed clinical observations in patients with allergic rhinitis and adenoid hypertrophy, mometasone furoate and mometasone furoate and montelukast showed a good clinical effect. Based on the analysis of systematic reviews on the etiology, clinic and diagnosis of allergic rhinitis in combination with adenoid hypertrophy, data on the relationship between adenoid hypertrophy and allergic rhinitis and methods of their correction, as well as clinical studies on the efficacy and safety of mometasone furoate and montelukast, it is concluded that their use in a complex treatment of allergic rhinitis and adenoid hypertrophy in children.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>аллергический ринит</kwd><kwd>гипертрофия аденоидов</kwd><kwd>лечение</kwd><kwd>мометазона фуроат</kwd><kwd>монтелукаст</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>children</kwd><kwd>allergic rhinitis</kwd><kwd>adenoid hypertrophy</kwd><kwd>treatment</kwd><kwd>mometasone furoate</kwd><kwd>montelukast</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Гаращенко ТИ, Бойкова НЭ.
