Среди острых воспалительных заболеваний дыхательных путей у детей ведущее место принадлежит острому бронхиту, основным симптомом которого является кашель. В лечении кашля широко используются комбинированные препараты, оказывающие комплексное действие на различные патогенетические механизмы.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Оценить эффективность и безопасность комбинированного препарата, содержащего бромгексин, гвайфенезин и сальбутамол у детей с острым необструктивным и обструктивным бронхитом.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Под наблюдением находилось 60 детей с острым необструктивным бронхитом вирусной этиологии в возрасте от 2 до 12 лет и 30 детей с острым обструктивным бронхитом, имеющих легкое течение, в возрасте от 2 до 6 лет. Дети с острым необструктивным бронхитом разделены на 2 группы; основная – 35 детей, получающих в составе терапии комбинированный препарат, содержащий бромгексин, гвайфенезин и сальбутамол в возрастной дозе 4–5 дней, и группа сравнения – 25 детей, получающих в составе терапии амброксол. Эффективность оценивали на основе изучения динамики основных клинических симптомов заболевания.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. Выявлено, что назначение комбинированного препарата, содержащего бромгексин, гвайфенезин и сальбутамол, показало клиническую эффективность у детей с необструктивным бронхитом в 88,7% случаев, а при легкой бронхообструкции – в 86,6%, что проявилось выраженной положительной динамикой со стороны основных клинических симптомов заболевания, а также снижением развития бактериальных осложнений. Препарат хорошо переносится (91,4% случаев) и редко дает несерьезные нежелательные явления.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Комбинированный препарат, содержащий бромгексин, гвайфенезин и сальбутамол, показал высокую клиническую эффективность и хорошую переносимость как при необструктивном бронхите, так и при легкой бронхообструкции, что позволяет рекомендовать его как одно из средств выбора при лечении данной патологии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Among acute inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract in children, the leading place belongs to acute bronchitis, the main symptom of which is cough. In the treatment of cough, combination drugs are widely used. They have a complex effect on various pathogenetic mechanisms.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of a combination drug containing bromhexine, guaifenesin and salbutamol in children with acute non-obstructive and obstructive bronchitis.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study included 60 children with acute non-obstructive bronchitis of viral etiology aged 2 to 12 years and 30 children with acute obstructive bronchitis, having a mild course, aged 2 to 6 years. Children with acute non-obstructive bronchitis were divided into 2 groups; the main group – 35 children, receiving a combination drug containing bromhexine, guaifenesin and salbutamol in an age-appropriate dose for 4–5 days as part of the therapy, and a comparison group of 25 children receiving ambroxol as part of the therapy. The effectiveness was assessed based on a study of the dynamics of the main clinical symptoms of the disease.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. It was found that the administration of a combination drug containing bromhexine, guaifenesin and salbutamol showed clinical efficacy in children with non-obstructive bronchitis in 88.7% of cases, and in mild bronchial obstruction – in 86.6%, which was manifested by a pronounced positive dynamics in the main clinical symptoms of the disease, as well as a decrease in the development of bacterial complications. The drug is well tolerated (91.4% of cases) and rarely produces minor adverse effects.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
