Возбудителем заболевания выступает облигатная внутриклеточная бактерия Chlamydia trachomatis, которая поражает как мужчин, так и женщин, однако, в большинстве случаев протекает бессимптомно, что значительно усложняет своевременную диагностику и лечение. Клинические проявления хламидийной инфекции обусловлены тропизмом возбудителя к цилиндрическому эпителию и его способностью поражать слизистую оболочку уретры, цервикального канала, маточных труб, эндометрия, прямой кишки, ротоглотки и конъюнктивы глаз. У женщин данное заболевание часто становится причиной цервицита и уретрита, а также воспалительных заболеваний органов малого таза, которые могут привести к трубно-перитонеальному бесплодию. Особенно опасна хламидийная инфекция во время беременности. Она увеличивает риск преждевременных родов, разрыва плодных оболочек, внутриутробного инфицирования плода, рождения маловесных детей. Вышесказанное обосновывает значимость диагностики и своевременного лечения хламидийной инфекции во время беременности, а выбор эффективного и безопасного препарата в период гестации является актуальным вопросом. В статье приведены клинические случаи успешного применения антибактериального препарата Джозафен (МНН джозамицин) в акушерской практике у пациенток с хламидийной инфекцией во время беременности. Данный препарат доказал свою безопасность в период гестации, хорошую переносимость и эффективность относительно возбудителя. Джозафен проявил высокую активность в отношении Сhlamydia trachomatis, что позволяет считать его эффективным средством лечения урогенитального хламидиоза в период беременности, что также подтверждается отсутствием осложнений в антеи постнатальном периоде.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Chlamydia infection is one of the most common sexually transmitted infections. It is caused by the obligate intracellular bacterium Chlamydia trachomatis, which affects both men and women, but in most cases it is asymptomatic, making timely diagnosis and treatment difficult. The clinical manifestations of chlamydia infection are caused by the pathogen’s tropism for the cylindrical epithelium and its ability to infect the mucous membranes of the urethra, cervical canal, fallopian tubes, endometrium, rectum, oropharynx, and conjunctiva. In women, this condition often leads to cervicitis and urethritis, as well as inflammatory pelvic diseases that can result in tubal-peritoneal infertility. Chlamydia infection is particularly dangerous during pregnancy. It increases the risk of premature birth, amniotic rupture, intrauterine infection, and underweight children. The above substantiates the importance of diagnosing and timely treating chlamydia infection during pregnancy, and the choice of an effective and safe drug during gestation is an urgent issue. The article presents clinical cases of successful use of the antibacterial drug Josafen in obstetric practice in patients with chlamydia infection during pregnancy. This drug has proven to be safe during gestation, well-tolerated, and effective against the pathogen.</p><p>Conclusion.
