Остеопения у женщин в постменопаузе часто сопровождается нарушениями сна, повышенной тревожностью и вегетативной дисфункцией, что существенно снижает качество жизни и усиливает клинические проявления. Учитывая роль глицина и цинка в нейрометаболической регуляции и поддержании костного обмена, их сочетание является патогенетически обоснованным подходом к коррекции данных нарушений.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Оценить эффективность и безопасность комбинации глицина и цинка (биологически активная добавка (БАД) Метабовит® Здоровый сон) у женщин с постменопаузальной остеопенией и нарушениями сна.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведено проспективное рандомизированное контролируемое исследование, включившее 60 женщин 45–65 лет. Основная группа (n = 30) получала БАД дополнительно к базисной терапии в течение 21 дня. Оценивались: индекс качества сна (Питтсбургский опросник PSQI), тревожность (опросник Спилбергера – Ханина, шкала HADS), вегетативные нарушения (шкала Вейна), качество жизни (SF-36), а также параметры безопасности.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В основной группе отмечено значимое снижение суммарного балла PSQI (с 9,0 ± 4,0 до 4,8 ± 3,1; p &lt; 0,001), нормализация сна у 53% пациенток (только у 3% в группе контроля). Ситуативная тревожность уменьшилась на 6,2 балла, личностная – на 3,7 балла (p &lt; 0,001). По HADS снижение тревоги на 2,3 балла (p &lt; 0,001), депрессии на 1,6 балла (p &lt; 0,001) в пределах нормальных и субклинических значений. Выраженное улучшение выявлено по шкале Вейна (-10,2 балла; p &lt; 0,001) и всем компонентам SF-36, включая физический и психический компоненты здоровья. БАД хорошо переносилась, нежелательных явлений не зарегистрировано.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Комбинация глицина и цинка оказывает многокомпонентное действие, улучшая сон, снижая тревожность и выраженность вегетативных нарушений, а также повышая качество жизни женщин с постменопаузальной остеопенией. Ее применение является патогенетически обоснованным и безопасным дополнением к стандартной терапии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Osteopenia in postmenopausal women is frequently accompanied by sleep disturbances, increased anxiety, and autonomic dysfunction, which substantially reduce quality of life and exacerbate clinical manifestations. Given the role of glycine and zinc in neurometabolic regulation and bone metabolism, their combination represents a pathogenetically justified approach to correcting these disorders.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the glycine-zinc combination (Metabovit® Healthy Sleep) in women with postmenopausal osteopenia and sleep disturbances.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted, including 60 women aged 45–65 years. The intervention group (n = 30) received the dietary supplement in addition to standard therapy for 21 days. The following parameters were assessed: sleep quality (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI), anxiety (Spielberger – Khanin State–Trait Anxiety Inventory, HADS), autonomic dysfunction (Veyn questionnaire), quality of life (SF-36), and safety indicators.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In the intervention group, a significant reduction in PSQI total score was observed (from 9.0 ± 4.0 to 4.8 ± 3.1; p &lt; 0.001), with sleep normalization achieved in 53% of patients (vs. 3% in controls). State anxiety decreased by 6.2 points and trait anxiety by 3.7 points (p &lt; 0.001). According to HADS, anxiety decreased by 2.3 points (p &lt; 0.001) and depression by 1.6 points (p &lt; 0.001), remaining within normal and subclinical ranges. Marked improvement was also noted on the Veyn scale (-10.2 points; p &lt; 0.001) and across all SF-36 domains, including physical and mental health components. The supplement was well tolerated, with no adverse events reported.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. The glycine–zinc combination exerts multidirectional beneficial effects, improving sleep, reducing anxiety and autonomic dysfunction, and enhancing the quality of life of women with postmenopausal osteopenia.
