Представлены данные о патогенезе и клинике остеоартроза (ОА), в основе которого лежат как воспалительные процессы, так и дегенерация тканей суставов. Представлена характеристика синовита при ОА, полученная с помощью ультразвукового исследования. Описана терапия ОА коленного сустава в фазе обострения Амелотексом и Комплигамом В. Получены хорошие клинические результаты в виде уменьшения боли и припухлости сустава, увеличения объема движений в нем с хорошей переносимостью препарата.

The article tells about: pathogenesis and clinical picture of osteoarthritis (OA) caused by inflammatory processes and degeneration of the joint tissue; characteristic features of synovitis in OA based on ultrasound scanning; therapy of OA of the knee joint in the acute phase with Amelotex and Compligam B. The following clinical results were obtained: reduction of pain and swelling of the joint, increase of motion range and good tolerability of the drug.
