Для компрессионно-ишемических невропатий конечностей характерны боль и потеря чувствительности. Однако при синдроме кубитального канала (СКК) болевой синдром встречается относительно редко и развивается на более поздних сроках заболевания, что требует дальнейшего изучения.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Определить частоту и причины болевого синдрома у пациентов с СКК до и после хирургической декомпрессивной операции с учетом пола, возраста и наличия коморбидных расстройств.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследовании приняли участие пациенты с компрессионно-ишемической невропатией локтевого нерва (СКК, n = 42), из которых у части пациентов (n = 15) отмечался болевой синдром. Проведено клиническое и нейрофизиологическое обследование; использовались диагностические шкалы и опросники до проведения декомпрессивной операции и через 12–24 мес. после нее.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У всех пациентов отмечалась положительная динамика восстановления утраченных функций после хирургического лечения в группе с болевым синдромом и в группе без боли (по шкале тяжести симптомов: p = 0,002 и p = 0,013 соответственно; по шкале функциональных нарушений Бостонского опросника: p &lt; 0,001 и p = 0,013 соответственно). Установлена зависимость между выраженностью болевого синдрома (по цифровой рейтинговой шкале), наличием коморбидных эмоциональных расстройств (p &lt; 0,001) и нарушениями сна (p &lt; 0,001) при СКК. Показано значительное снижение качества жизни у пациентов с болевым синдромом (p &lt; 0,001). Выявлено негативное влияние повышенной тревожности, депрессии и нарушений сна на развитие, тяжесть и длительность течения нейропатического болевого синдрома.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Повышенная тревожность, депрессия и нарушения сна ассоциируются с наличием боли при СКК, поэтому требуют своевременной диагностики и полноценной коррекции, что имеет важное медицинское и социальное значение для реабилитации данной категории пациентов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Limb compression-ischemic neuropathies are typically characterized by pain and sensory loss. However, in cubital tunnel syndrome (CuTS), pain syndrome is relatively uncommon and develops at later stages of the disease, warranting further investigation.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To determine the frequency and causes of pain syndrome in patients with CuTS before and after surgical decompression, depending on sex, age, and comorbid disorders.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study included patients with compression-ischemic neuropathy of the ulnar nerve (CuTS, n = 42), of whom a subset (n = 15) had pain syndrome. Clinical and neurophysiological examinations were performed, utilizing diagnostic scales and questionnaires before decompressive surgery and at 12–24 months postoperatively.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. All patients showed positive dynamics in the recovery of lost functions after surgical treatment, both in the group with pain syndrome and the group without pain (according to the Symptom Severity Scale, p = 0.002 and p = 0.013, respectively, and the Functional Status Scale of the Boston Questionnaire, p &lt; 0.001 and p = 0.013, respectively). A correlation was established between the severity of pain syndrome (assessed by the Numerical Rating Scale), the presence of comorbid emotional disorders (p &lt; 0.001), and sleep disturbances (p &lt; 0.001) in CuTS. A significant decrease in quality of life was demonstrated in patients with pain syndrome (p &lt; 0.001). A negative impact of increased anxiety, depression, and sleep disturbances on the development, severity, and duration of neuropathic pain syndrome was identified.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Increased anxiety, depression, and sleep disorders are associated with the presence of pain in CuTS.
