Лечение гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни: краткий обзор рекомендаций Американской гастроэнтерологической ассоциации (часть II)

Аннотация
Гастроэзофагеальная рефлюксная болезнь может сопутствовать астме, хроническому кашлю или ларингиту, не являясь их причиной, а также быть одним из факторов, способствующих возникновению и поддержанию этих заболеваний. Пробное лечение ингибиторами протонной помпы рекомендуется для лечения экстраэзофагеальных симптомов у пациентов, которые имеют типичную гастроэзофагеальную рефлюксную болезнь. Эффект лечения ингибиторами протонной помпы не снижается у пациентов, принимающих клопидогрел, в то же время у них не повышается риск сердечно-сосудистых осложнений.
