ДИАГНОСТИКА И ЛЕЧЕНИЕ ИНФЕКЦИЙ МОЧЕВЫХ ПУТЕЙ У ДЕТЕЙ: ЧТО НОВОГО?

Аннотация
Инфекция мочевых путей (ИМП) – одна из наиболее частых проблем у детей, особенно раннего возраста. Практикующий врач-педиатр, детский уролог, нефролог часто сталкиваются с проблемой диагностики и лечения ИПМ. Клинические проявления ИМП у детей разнообразны и зависят от возраста, пола ребенка, остроты воспалительного процесса, наличия и характера сопутствующей патологии. Эксперты, занимающиеся проблемой ИМП у детей в различных странах, инициировали создание клинических рекомендаций, которые могут помочь клиницистам в диагностике и лечении ИМП у детей. В статье представлены отечественные европейские рекомендации по лечению и диагностике ИМП в педиатрии.
