МЕТАБОЛИЧЕСКИЙ СИНДРОМ У ДЕТЕЙ И ПОДРОСТКОВ ПРИНЦИПЫ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ

Аннотация

Метаболический синдром (МС), ожирение и избыточная масса тела широко распространены по всему миру [1–7]. По оценкам экспертов Всемирной организации здравоохранения (ВОЗ), МС приобрел характер «пандемии ХХI века» и в настоящее время рассматривается в качестве одной из основных проблем общественного здравоохранения [8]. Примерно 30–40% населения среднего и старшего возраста страдает метаболическим синдромом и имеет повышенный риск преждевременной смерти от сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний и сахарного диабета (СД) 2-го типа [9].
