ОРЛИСТАТ В КОМПЛЕКСНОЙ ТЕРАПИИ ОЖИРЕНИЯ И САХАРНОГО ДИАБЕТА 2-го ТИПА

Аннотация
В последние годы проблеме профилактики и лечения ожирения уделяется все больше внимания. Уже давно ожирение рассматривается не просто как избыток жировой ткани в организме, а как хроническое рецидивирующее заболевание, результат нарушения энергетического баланса, которое развивается при увеличении потребления пищи и снижении расхода энергии и тесно ассоциировано с рядом серьезных осложнений. В фармакотерапии ожирения широко применяется орлистат (Ксеникал) – препарат периферического действия, не обладающий системными эффектами [11, 24, 27]. Ксеникал – это наиболее изученный фармакологический препарат для снижения веса. Свыше 30 000 пациентов с избыточным весом были вовлечены в КИ, из них – более 2 500 пациентов с СД2. Препарат и на сегодняшний день остается прорывом в лечении избыточного веса/ожирения.
