ТРОМБОФИЛИИ В АКУШЕРСКО-ГИНЕКОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ ПРАКТИКЕ. ГЕПАРИНОПРОФИЛАКТИКА
Аннотация
В обзоре освещаются вопросы эволюции учения о тромбофилии, представлен новый взгляд на факторы тромбогенного риска и состояние тромботической готовности, предшествующие и сопутствующие критической сосудистой ишемии. Представлены собственные результаты и результаты других авторов по применению низкомолекулярного гепарина 2-го поколения – бемипарина натрия для профилактики тромботических и гестационных осложнений в практике акушера-гинеколога.
