РОЛЬ МИКРОБИОТЫ В ЖИЗНИ ЧЕЛОВЕКА И ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ ПРОФИЛАКТИЧЕСКОГО ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ ПРОБИОТИКОВ

Аннотация

Концепция про- и пребиотической терапии находит как своих сторонников, так и противников. Вместе с тем не вызывает сомнений тесная связь между микробиотой различных эпитопов нашего организма и функционированием как отдельных его органов и систем, так и всего организма в целом. Накопленный объем достоверных данных о функционировании микробиоценозов организма человека позволяет рассматривать их как ключевые точки влияния на здоровье человека не только в плане лечения имеющихся заболеваний, но и в плане первичной и вторичной профилактики широкого спектра инфекционных, метаболических, иммуноопосредованных и иных заболеваний. В ближайшем будущем предстоит определить показания, найти эффективные пробиотические штаммы, определить оптимальные разовые и суточные дозы, продолжительность приема, а также критерии эффективности проводимых мероприятий.
