Профилактика и лечение гипогалактии. Роль лактогонных средств

Аннотация

Главной причиной преждевременного завершения грудного вскармливания, по данным литературы, является гипогалактия, ее профилактика и лечение могут значительно продлить кормление грудью. В статье представлен опыт профилактики гипогалактии путем чтения лекций на курсах для беременных женщин в рамках антенатальной подготовки к родам, что привело к достоверным различиям в продолжительности грудного вскармливания: до 1,5 года кормили грудью 62% прослушавших лекции женщин и только 37% женщин, которые не посещали курсы по собственной инициативе (р < 0,001). Таким образом, антенатальная профилактика гипогалактии, информирование беременных о рекомендациях ВОЗ (частое прикладывание ребенка к груди, контакт «кожа к коже», ночные кормления и сцеживание) могут значительно продлить грудное вскармливание. Кроме того, может быть полезно применение лактогонных средств. В статье дан обзор современной информации об эффективности и применении в разных странах лактогонных средств, как травяных, так и фармакологических. Особое внимание уделено травам: фенхелю, анису, крапиве и тмину, входящим в состав травяного чая Лактафитол®, широко применяемого в России.
