Осложнения сахарного диабета: фокус на диабетическую нейропатию

Аннотация

Обсуждается одно из частых осложнений сахарного диабета – диабетическая нейропатия, которая характеризуется ранней инвалидизацией пациентов, ухудшением качества жизни. Самой распространенной клинической формой является дистальная нейропатия. Рассматриваются вопросы патогенеза, клиническая картина, лечение с применением витаминов группы В.
