Влияние менопаузальной гормональной терапии на кожу как компонент здорового старения

Аннотация
Здоровое старение (anti-aging; антистарение) предполагает профилактику заболеваний и нетрудоспособности, сохранение высокой ментальной и физической активности, поддержание смысла и цели жизни. Женщины отказываются стареть и хотят выглядеть моложе как можно дольше. Кожа является единственным органом, состояние которого можно оценить визуально, своеобразным зеркалом, отражающим происходящие в организме возрастные изменения и состояние здоровья в целом. Все закономерные возрастные процессы на клеточном уровне происходят в коже, поэтому ее часто используют в качестве удобной модели для изучения биологических механизмов старения человека в целом [1]. Увеличение продолжительности жизни и стабильный возраст наступления менопаузы привели к тому, что современные женщины все большее число лет проводят в постменопаузе. К непосредственным эффектам связанного с менопаузой снижения уровня половых гормонов относят потерю фертильности, вазомоторные симптомы, а к долговременным – остеопороз, сердечно-сосудистые заболевания (ССЗ) и старение кожи, являющееся предметом выраженного дискомфорта, особенно для женщин [2, 3].
