Формирование лактации на ранних этапах. Факторы риска и профилактика гипогалактии

Аннотация

По данным литературы, наиболее распространенной причиной преждевременного окончания грудного вскармливания является гипогалактия. В статье описываются факторы риска развития гипогалактии в первые дни после родов, такие как кесарево сечение, раздельное пребывание матери и ребенка, низкая частота кормления в первые сутки жизни. Кроме того, наиболее частой причиной потери естественного вскармливания вследствие гипогалактии является применение искусственных смесей без медицинских показаний, особенно в первые дни после родов, когда закладываются основы успешной лактации. Медицинские показания к докорму, а также способы подачи докорма смесью, которые бы не подавили собственную лактацию матери, подробно рассматриваются в статье на основе рекомендаций Американской медицинской академии по грудному вскармливанию. Особое внимание уделено основным факторам формирования естественной лактации – раннее прикладывание к груди в течение первого часа жизни, длительный контакт ребенка с матерью «кожа к коже», частые кормления по требованию ребенка, рекомендованные Всемирной организацией здравоохранения (ВОЗ).
