Пациент с ишемической болезнью сердца и мультифокальным атеросклерозом как оптимизировать прогноз?

Аннотация

В обзорной статье на основании зарубежных и отечественных исследований, рекомендаций Европейского и Североамериканского кардиологических и хирургических сообществ обобщены позиции экспертов в отношении клиникопрогностической значимости мультифокального атеросклероза у пациентов с разными формами ишемической болезни сердца и влияния этого феномена на общий сердечно-сосудистый риск. Даны позиции современных клинических рекомендаций в отношении антитромботической терапии у пациентов с периферическим атеросклерозом. Представлены перспективные позиции по оптимизации антитромботической терапии на основании недавнего клинического исследования.
