Аннотация
Трудно представить себе область кардиологии, где не нашли бы применения бета-адреноблокаторы. В арсенале докторов сейчас имеется огромное множество препаратов, отличающихся друг от друга фар-макодинамическими и фармакокинетическими свойствами. Бета-адреноблокаторы, являясь антагонистами катехоламинов, ингибируют их хронотропный, инотропный и вазоконстрикторный эффект, на чем и основано их применение в клинической практике.
