Эффективная лактация и сцеживание грудного молока

Аннотация

Адекватное питание является одной из главных составляющих здоровья и оптимального роста новорожденного ребенка. В статье представлены рекомендации по поддержке грудного вскармливания у здоровых новорожденных, а также клинический опыт в отношении организации грудного вскармливания, поддержания лактации у матери в случае рождения больного и недоношенного ребенка, показания для сцеживания грудного молока. Описан опыт применения и оценка эффективности клинических и индивидуальных молокоотсосов. Рассматриваются вопросы дифференцированного консультирования по вскармливанию недоношенных детей с различной патологией и оптимальных условий сцеживания грудного молока.
