Самоконтроль гликемии: взгляд со стороны врача и пациента

Аннотация

Самоконтроль гликемии - основной инструмент в управлении сахарным диабетом (СД), общий для врача и пациента. С одной стороны, самоконтроль гликемии необходим для достижения и поддержания адекватного гликемического контроля, с другой, является инвазивной и стрессовой процедурой. Для того чтобы самоконтроль гликемии был эффективным, необходимо осознание его важности обеими сторонами, а глюкометры должны не только обладать высокой точностью и воспроизводимостью, но минимизировать болевые ощущения и быть максимально удобными для пользователей.
