Аллергический контактный дерматит в сфере бьюти-услуг

Аннотация
Аллергический контактный дерматит в сфере индустрии красоты является распространенной и растущей проблемой в дерматологии, что связано как с ежегодным повышением популярности существующих бьюти-услуг, так и появлением новых модных тенденций. Косметические продукты в парикмахерском деле, средствах для маникюра, перманентного макияжа, наращивания ресниц, татуажа и пирсинга содержат целый ряд сильнодействующих гаптенов, при сенсибилизации к которым развивается классическая реакция гиперчувствительности замедленного типа. Развитие контактной аллергии актуально не только для потребителей этих услуг, но и для самих парикмахеров и мастеров салонов красоты, а работа в контакте с водой и другими раздражителями определяют частое сочетание с раздражительным контактным дерматитом. Так, парикмахеры занимают первое место в статистике заболеваемости профессиональным контактным дерматитом, связанным с аллергенами и гаптенами в красках для волос, продуктах для обесцвечивания, завивке или выпрямлении волос, а у мастеров маникюра в 65% случаев аллергический контактный дерматит на акрилаты развивается уже в течение первого года работы. Основой лечения аллергического контактного дерматита является наружная терапия с использованием топических глюкокортикостероидов. В статье содержатся отечественные и зарубежные литературные данные о наиболее частых аллергенах в продуктах, используемых в парикмахерском деле, перманентном татуаже, наращивании ресниц, маникюре и пирсинге, о распространенности и особенностях аллергического контактного дерматита в этих областях индустрии красоты и собственные клинические наблюдения эффективности лечения аллергического контактного дерматита с использованием крема Комфодерм К (метилпреднизолона ацепонат с керамидами в основе).
