Кожа новорожденных: дифференциальная диагностика патологических состояний, особенности ухода

Аннотация
Вопросы ухода за кожей ребенка первых лет жизни до настоящего времени остаются актуальными. Вследствие анатомо-физиологических особенностей детей защитная функция кожи, предохраняющая от неблагоприятных внешних воздействий, у них значительно снижена. Влияние различных повреждающих факторов, неправильное использование средств ухода − все это может приводить к нарушению нормального состояния кожи. К наиболее распространенным повреждениям кожи у детей первого года жизни относят пеленочный (контактный) дерматит, распространенность которого может составлять до 50%. Несомненна важность правильного ухода за кожей младенца как основного элемента профилактики дерматита.
