Abstract

According to WHO estimates, in the XXI century allergy will be the second most widespread disorder, giving way only to mental illnesses. There is a marked aggravation of allergies and polysensitization; immunological disorders are accompanied by comorbid infectious complications. Allergic rhinitis is a global healthcare problem. The focus of the international medical community is explained by a range of medical and social reasons. Treatment of allergic rhinitis requires a comprehensive approach taking into account the pathogenesis of the disease.
