Хроническая тромбоэмболическая легочная гипертензия – подходы к диагностике и лечению

Аннотация
В статье представлены данные о частоте развития легочной гипертензии после перенесенной тромбоэмболии легочной артерии, описаны врожденные и приобретенные аномалии коагуляции у пациентов с венозным тромбоэмболизмом. Рассмотрены потенциальные факторы формирования хронической тромбоэмболической легочной гипертензии, а также некоторые медицинские состояния и заболевания, способствующие развитию легочной гипертензии после перенесенной тромбоэмболии легочной артерии.
