Клиника, диагностика и лечение синдрома хронической усталости

В статье обсуждаются причины, клинические проявления и современные подходы к диагностике и лечению пациентов, страдающих синдромом хронической усталости (СХУ). Приводятся данные исследований, подтверждающих положительное влияние мультивитаминных комплексов на когнитивные и другие неврологические функции у пациентов с СХУ.
