Современные клинико-фармакологические подходы к лечению остеоартроза: место комбинированных препаратов (хондроитин + глюкозамин)
Аннотация
В статье отражены современные взгляды на этиологию и патогенез остеоартроза (ОА), рассматриваются факторы риска и клинические проявления заболевания. Представлены нефармакологические и фармакологические подходы к лечению ОА. Подчеркивается роль хондропротекторов в комплексной терапии заболевания, приведены данные доказательной медицины, подтверждающие эффективность применения глюкозамина и хондроитина при остеоартрозе.
