Аннотация
Медицина за свою многовековую историю постоянно была вынуждена преодолевать путь ошибок и заблуждений. Однако желание многих врачей разобраться в сути конкретной проблемы и умение анализировать последствия тех или иных медицинских решений способствовали значительному прогрессу. История применения йода в медицине служит тому подтверждением.
