Лечение пожилых пациентов с дорсопатией

Аннотация

Дорсопатия – исключительно распространенный в популяции скелетно-мышечный болевой синдром. Для лечения пациентов с дорсопатиями наиболее широко используются нестероидные противовоспалительные препараты. Как правило, они оказывают выраженные противоболевой и противовоспалительный эффекты, однако их использование ассоциировано с риском развития побочных эффектов, особенно высоким у пациентов с полиморбидностью, нуждающихся в одновременном приеме нескольких лекарственных препаратов. Рассматривается возможность применения трансдермальной формы диклофенака (Вольтарен Эмульгель) у пациентов с дорсопатиями. Приводятся результаты исследований, посвященных изучению биодоступности препарата, его эффективности и переносимости.
