Аннотация
В статье описаны сложности диагностики целиакии, указаны причины диагностических ошибок в разных клинических примерах. Это помогает восприятию конкретных программ диагностики и подбору схожих нозологических форм, между которыми следует проводить дифференциальную диагностику.
