Аннотация
Широкое применение антибиотиков в течение последних 80 лет спасло миллионы человеческих жизней, однако явилось причиной возникновения важной проблемы – антибиотикоассоциированного нарушения микробиома человека. В настоящем обзоре обобщены результаты современных исследований, в которых изучались краткосрочные и долгосрочные последствия воздействия антибиотиков на организм, а также идет речь о возможностях применения пробиотиков для нивелирования этих последствий.
