НОВАЯ ФИКСИРОВАННАЯ КОМБИНАЦИЯ ДЛИТЕЛЬНО ДЕЙСТВУЮЩИХ АНТИХОЛИНЕРГИКА ГЛИКОПИРРОНИЯ БРОМИДА И β2-АГОНИСТА ИНДАКАТЕРОЛА: ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ ТЕРАПИИ ХОБЛ

Аннотация

Терапия фиксированными комбинациями ДДБА/ДДАХП на основе индакатерола и гликопиррония бромида характеризуется высокой клинической эффективностью, по сравнению с монокомпонентами препарата, тиотропием и фиксированной комбинацией ДДБА/ИГКС. Результаты проведенных клинических исследований подтверждают фармакологическую концепцию о синергичном потенцировании бронхорасширяющего эффекта при использовании препаратов с разными механизмами действия, какими являются ДДБА и ДДАХП. Важно, что достижение дополнительного терапевтического эффекта возможно без повышения риска развития нежелательных явлений. Все это является основанием для заключения, что совместное назначение индакатерола и гликопиррония может привести к оптимизации и максимизации бронходилатации у многих пациентов ХОБЛ, у которых не достигается адекватного улучшения бронхиальной проходимости при использовании лишь одного бронходилататора. Комбинированная терапия индакатеролом и гликопирронием (препарат Ультибро® Бризхалер®, «Новартис Фарма») приводит к значительному улучшению клинических симптомов, легочной функции, качества жизни и снижению числа обострений у пациентов ХОБЛ.
